It is worth separating from the two things it gets confused with. A taxi is marked, metered and dispatched on the day. A stretch limousine is an event vehicle. Book a single journey and pay for it — online with a 5% discount, with a 30% deposit, or hold it for six hours while the plan settles. Nothing to set up in advance, which is what you want for a one-off client pickup or a single airport run.
Monthly billing, one invoice
For regular travel: your team books, we bill the company monthly instead of card-by-card, and there is one point of contact rather than a support queue. Useful when an assistant books for several people and finance wants a single line item.
No roof light, no livery, no company branding. The car outside a client office looks like a private car, because for the length of your booking that is what it is.
A vetted, commercially licensed chauffeur in a suit, in a clean late-model vehicle. Not a different car and a different person at a different standard on each trip.
The car is reserved for your time, so it is there when you walk out. Nobody is deciding whether to accept your trip three minutes beforehand.
A confirmation up front and an emailed receipt with the trip on it — enough for an expense claim without chasing a screenshot from an app.

Mostly the vehicle and the occasion. "Limo" tends to suggest a stretch or an event car; "black car" means an executive sedan or SUV for business and everyday travel. We run the same fleet for both — an Escalade booked for a client pickup and one booked for an anniversary are the same car.
$125 in the sedan and $201 in the Executive SUV, flat and including the airport fee. It is about 26.5 km and typically a 22-minute drive outside rush hour.
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways this gets used. Book in your name, add the passenger's name and mobile number, and the chauffeur greets them by name. The confirmation, the receipt and the billing stay with you.
Yes. Regular travel can run on a monthly account with a single invoice instead of paying per trip, with a point of contact rather than a support queue. That is arranged through our corporate transportation service.
Yes — book hourly rather than point to point. That is $90 an hour in the sedan, $120 in the SUV and $150 in the Executive SUV, with a three-hour minimum, and the chauffeur waits between stops.
A day ahead is comfortable, and same-day is often fine. Book earlier for early-morning airport runs, Friday evenings, and anything during a major conference — those slots go first.
