A Toronto chauffeur service is not a taxi you call twice. You book a car and a driver for a block of time, and both stay with you: the chauffeur waits while you are in the meeting, holds your bags and coat in the car, and is at the door when you come out. You are not re-booking between stops or watching an app for a licence plate.
The Executive Limo runs this on an hourly basis with a three-hour minimum, which is what a realistic half-day of meetings, viewings or client visits needs once you count the moving between them. Downtown, the parking alone often costs more than the gap between driving yourself and being driven — and you get the drive back.
If you only need one journey, you do not have to book by the hour. The same chauffeurs and the same cars run flat-rate point-to-point trips across Toronto and the GTA, priced before you book. Both options are in the form on this page; pick whichever fits the day.
Hourly chauffeur rates in CAD. The car and the chauffeur are yours for the whole booking — waiting between stops is inside the hours, not charged on top. Three hours is the minimum for any hourly booking.

Rates exclude tolls, parking and gratuity. Longer than eight hours, or a multi-day booking, is quoted on request. Pay online and save 5% — a full day in the sedan comes to $684.

For a day with more than one stop: meetings across the city, property viewings, a roadshow, a client visiting for the day. The chauffeur waits between stops and the car is your base — coats, bags and everything you do not want to carry stay in it.
Flat rate, quoted before you book
For a single journey with a known start and end: a dinner reservation, a transfer across the GTA, a run out to Niagara. One price agreed up front, and it does not move if the traffic does.
Commercially licensed, in a suit, and briefed on your itinerary before the day starts. They open the door, handle the bags, and know where to wait when there is nowhere to stop.
On an hourly booking the meter idea disappears entirely. A meeting that runs thirty minutes long is simply thirty minutes of the time you already booked.
A commercial vehicle with commercial insurance and a professional driver behind it — which matters if the ride is going on a company account.
Cleaned before every booking, climate set, water on board and chargers in reach. It is a workspace between stops, not just transport.
For a single trip across town the three are close. For a day with four stops in it, they are not the same thing at all.

Book the Executive SUVFrom $90 an hour in a sedan, $120 in an SUV, and $150 in the Executive SUV. There is a three-hour minimum on hourly bookings, so the smallest booking is $270. Tolls, parking and gratuity are not included in those rates.
Yes, three hours for anything booked by the hour. If you only need one journey, book it point to point instead — that is a flat rate with no minimum, priced on the actual trip.
In practice they describe the same thing here. "Limo" usually points at the vehicle and "chauffeur" at the driver, but both mean a professional, licensed driver in a commercially plated car, booked in advance. What changes the experience is whether you book by the hour or per trip.
Yes — that is the point of booking hourly. The car and the chauffeur are yours for the whole block of time, so you can leave your things in the car and walk straight out to it when you are done.
Within your booked hours, yes. Add a stop or change the order and just tell the chauffeur. If the day runs past the hours you booked, the extra time is billed at the same hourly rate.
Yes. Regular travel can run on a company account with monthly billing rather than paying per trip — that is set up through our corporate transportation service.
Anywhere in Toronto and the GTA as standard, and onward through Ontario on request — Niagara, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Ottawa. Long-distance runs are quoted individually rather than by the hour.
A day or two is comfortable for a normal weekday. For month-end, a conference week, or anything on a Friday or Saturday evening, book earlier — those are the slots that fill first.
