What a Toronto airport limo service should get right

Most of what goes wrong with a Toronto airport limo service is decided before the car ever moves. The wrong vehicle turns up and four people are holding suitcases on their laps. Nobody tracked the flight, so the car is there at the scheduled time instead of the actual one. Or the driver is circling the pickup lane while you stand at arrivals wondering which grey SUV is yours.

This page is about getting those three things right. Below you will find what each car actually holds — passengers and luggage, which is what usually runs out first — how departures differ from arrivals, and what time the car should reach you for a given flight. Prices are flat and quoted before you book, on every vehicle.

We cover both Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop (YTZ), and pick up anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. If you want the fare for your exact address, the form on this page returns it in a few seconds — no callback and no quote request.

Which limo to book for your airport transfer

Luggage is what runs out before seats do. A family of four with four large cases needs the SUV, not the sedan — the seats would fit, the boot would not. Book by the bags and the people follow.

Toronto airport limo vehicles by passenger capacity, luggage capacity, transfer price and hourly rate
Vehicle Passengers Large cases Airport transfer from Per hour
Sedan 3 2 $97 $90
SUV 6 4 $127 $120
Executive SUV 6 4 $161 $150

"From" prices are the lowest flat airport fare across our GTA pickup areas and include the airport fee. Downtown Toronto to Pearson is $125 in the sedan; downtown to Billy Bishop is $72. Your exact fare appears in the form above.

Departing, or arriving?

Departing

Pickup from your address · you set the time

For Pearson we suggest leaving three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one, plus your drive time — the fare quote shows that drive time. Billy Bishop is quicker through security, so ninety minutes is usually plenty. Tell us the flight and we will sanity-check the pickup time with you.

Arriving

Meet & greet inside the terminal

Give us the flight number and we track the aircraft, so a delay simply moves your pickup. Your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name sign — you get 60 free minutes from touchdown on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, which covers customs and the baggage belt.

What every airport limo booking includes

A car that fits the luggage

Two large cases in the sedan, four in the SUV or Escalade ESV. Golf clubs, skis or a pram — tell us at booking and we will put you in the right vehicle rather than guessing on the day.

The flight watched, not the clock

Arrivals are tracked from the flight number. Two hours late costs you nothing and nobody has to phone anybody.

Met inside, by name

Your chauffeur stands in arrivals with a sign and carries the bags to the car. No pickup zone, no licence plate hunting, no phone call from the curb.

Licensed, insured, commercially plated

A commercial chauffeur in a commercially plated vehicle — which is what makes it a limo service rather than a lift.

Sedan, SUV or Executive SUV?

All three are chauffeured and all three are flat-rate. The difference is space, and how much the arrival is meant to say.

Sedan SUV Executive SUV
Passengers Up to 3 Up to 6 Up to 6
Large cases 2 4 4
Typical vehicle Cadillac Lyriq or similar Chevrolet Suburban or similar Cadillac Escalade
Best for One or two travellers Families and small groups Clients, executives, occasions
Seating Standard rear bench Three rows Captain chairs
From, to Pearson $97 $127 $161

The cars in our airport fleet

Toronto airport limo service — common questions

How much is an airport limo in Toronto?

Airport transfers start at $97 in the sedan, $127 in the SUV and $161 in the Executive SUV — flat, including the airport fee. Downtown Toronto to Pearson is $125, $161 and $202 respectively. The exact figure for your address appears in the form on this page.

Which vehicle do I need for four people with luggage?

The SUV or Executive SUV. The sedan seats three and takes two large cases; four travellers with four cases will not fit, even though the seats suggest otherwise. Luggage is almost always the limiting number.

What time should the limo pick me up for my flight?

For an international departure from Pearson, aim to be at the terminal three hours before; two hours for domestic. Add your drive time on top — the quote on this page shows it. Billy Bishop moves faster, so ninety minutes at the terminal is normally enough.

Do you track my flight if it is delayed?

Yes, on every arrival where you give us the flight number. We follow the aircraft rather than the timetable, so the pickup moves with the delay and there is no extra charge for it.

Is a limo service different from a car service or a taxi?

A limo service is booked in advance at a known price, in a known vehicle, with a commercially licensed chauffeur who meets you. A taxi is metered and hailed or dispatched on the day. The vehicles overlap; the certainty does not.

Can I book a return trip at the same time?

Yes — book the outbound and the return as two trips and both are confirmed together. It is worth doing for arrivals, since return slots on Friday and Sunday evenings go first.

Do you charge for waiting at the airport?

Not inside your included wait: 60 minutes from touchdown on international arrivals, 30 on domestic. That window covers customs, the baggage belt and the walk out.

Do you serve airports outside Toronto?

We cover Pearson and Billy Bishop as standard. Trips to Hamilton, Waterloo or Buffalo airports are quoted individually — call or send a message and we will price it.
