How much is an airport limo in Toronto?
Airport transfers start at $97 in the sedan, $127 in the SUV and $161 in the Executive SUV — flat, including the airport fee. Downtown Toronto to Pearson is $125, $161 and $202 respectively. The exact figure for your address appears in the form on this page.
Which vehicle do I need for four people with luggage?
The SUV or Executive SUV. The sedan seats three and takes two large cases; four travellers with four cases will not fit, even though the seats suggest otherwise. Luggage is almost always the limiting number.
What time should the limo pick me up for my flight?
For an international departure from Pearson, aim to be at the terminal three hours before; two hours for domestic. Add your drive time on top — the quote on this page shows it. Billy Bishop moves faster, so ninety minutes at the terminal is normally enough.
Do you track my flight if it is delayed?
Yes, on every arrival where you give us the flight number. We follow the aircraft rather than the timetable, so the pickup moves with the delay and there is no extra charge for it.
Is a limo service different from a car service or a taxi?
A limo service is booked in advance at a known price, in a known vehicle, with a commercially licensed chauffeur who meets you. A taxi is metered and hailed or dispatched on the day. The vehicles overlap; the certainty does not.
Can I book a return trip at the same time?
Yes — book the outbound and the return as two trips and both are confirmed together. It is worth doing for arrivals, since return slots on Friday and Sunday evenings go first.
Do you charge for waiting at the airport?
Not inside your included wait: 60 minutes from touchdown on international arrivals, 30 on domestic. That window covers customs, the baggage belt and the walk out.
Do you serve airports outside Toronto?
We cover Pearson and Billy Bishop as standard. Trips to Hamilton, Waterloo or Buffalo airports are quoted individually — call or send a message and we will price it.
