Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include HST where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and provide complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. Additional waiting time may be charged at our hourly rate.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
